Para poder devolver el libro, este debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió y en su embalaje original. También necesitará el recibo o comprobante de compra que le enviamos por correo electrónico tras la compra.
Para iniciar una devolución, contácteme directamente en ian@ianbatesauthor.com. Si su devolución es aceptada, recibirá una etiqueta de envío, así como instrucciones sobre cómo y dónde enviar su paquete. No se aceptarán artículos devueltos sin haber solicitado previamente una devolución.
Daños y problemas
Por favor inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y avíseme lo antes posible si el libro o los libros están defectuosos, dañados o si recibió el libro(s) incorrecto(s).
Excepciones / artículos no retornables
Lamentablemente, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de artículos en oferta, tarjetas de regalo o libros electrónicos.
Intercambios
La forma más rápida de garantizar que obtengas lo que quieres es devolver el artículo que tienes y, una vez aceptada la devolución, realizar una compra por separado del nuevo artículo.
Reembolsos
Se le notificará una vez que se haya inspeccionado la devolución y si el reembolso fue aprobado. Si se aprueba, se le reembolsará automáticamente a su método de pago original. Tenga en cuenta que su banco o entidad emisora de tarjeta de crédito puede tardar unos días en procesar y emitir el reembolso.
